The gut opener allows you to gut the fish and perform the process smoothly and safely. The filleting blade is made of Swedish Sandvik Steel 12C27, hardened to 57-59 HRC. The handle is made of high-quality PROFLEX™ rubber. The DUO is delivered with an elegant Cordura sheath.
